Whole grains contain something called selenium, which is what brings elasticity to your face. This is something that you want if your skin feels very dry, or if you start to see wrinkles coming on. Whole grains like quinoa, brown rice and even aromatic veggies such as onions and garlic are a great source of selenium.

Also, a quick and easy tip is to drink tons of water! Staying hydrated is great for your skin, and is probably the number one way to keep it fresh and healthy. Try to avoid drinking too much alcohol because this dehydrates the skin and works against all your efforts to keep it looking healthy and radiant.

While choosing the best anti-aging creams are important, there are lots of natural remedies that you can put on your skin and hair that will help them achieve a fresh, healthy look.
